The return
in Italy.
In the 1930s Vincenzo returned to Italy and began to spread the experience he had acquired in the USA. Later, it was his grandfather Luigi Scapicchio who carried on the family tradition.
OUR DREAM
Our history as Italian barbers is an epic journey of passion and resilience.
Twice, the "violence" of emigration marked my ancestors: forced to say goodbye to family, friends, and traditions, they found themselves in unknown worlds, with new languages and cultures.
Yet, with pride and talent, they have earned respect and trust everywhere!
Every gesture we make is a tribute to those who came before us.

A small town in Puglia
In 1820, my great-great-grandfather Vincenzo Scapicchio opened his barber shop in Bovino.
He was not only a barber, but also a surgeon, a craftsman, a respected man.
From that small workshop began stories, gestures, and techniques that still stand the test of time today.
In the early 1900s, my great-grandfather left for Chicago, creating a legendary barber shop there with six employees, a temple of Italian barbering that offered an exclusive shaving ritual to the city's elite.
In the 1930s Vincenzo returned to Italy and began to spread the experience he had acquired in the USA. Later, it was his grandfather Luigi Scapicchio who carried on the family tradition.
200 years in one gesture
In 1984, after 5 generations, my career path in the Barbershop in Bovino began.
You don't need to know our past to perceive it. Every warm cloth, every stroke of the razor, every silence speaks of two centuries of dedication.
